Terms of ServiceAll prices listed are in USD, and are made through Paypal.
Full payment is to be made before I commence work.
Art and graphic design work includes unlimited revisions during the sketch phase (once confirmation is given this cannot be taken back).
Any changes to the information in the form or "changes of mind" will incur additional fees unless you let me know before work is commenced.
Video editing work includes 3 revisions.
Prices are subject to change. If you have been quoted/ messaged me within 3 months before a price change the previous price with be charged.
Graphic Design work is completed in 1-3 weeks.
Video editing and Art deadlines will be discussed individually.Definitions
Commercial : Includes the printing of Intellectual Property (IP) in order to generate profits. This includes merchandise but does not extend to branding usage for independent creators.
Rush Orders may be available for an additional 50% of commission price.
Artist Rights
I have the right to be credited for all my works if ever asked.
I have the right to reject and/or refund a commission if I feel like I am unable to complete it for any reason.
I maintain rights to display works as part of my portfolio and stream the progress unless discussed prior.
You MAY NOT resell the work to third parties.
